New In, My Picks: NewLook

Blue Floral Print Slip Dress £22.99

I fell in love with this as soon as I set my eyes on it. I am a sucker for floral and navy, but this is the perfect SS14. I'd pair it during the day with some cute strappy flatforms and a pink pastel clutch, and in the night with some block nude heels with matching clutch. This will definitely be making it's way to my SS14 wardrobe.

Mint Green Polka Dot Long Sleeve Shirt £17.99

This would look so flattering with skinny jeans and some cute flats and a satchel bag. Mint is an up-coming colour for SS14 and this shirt is a must-have. It comes in other colours, such as pink, blue, etc. but I think the Mint is another pastel colour you can definitely wear between seasons. The polka dots are also a great feature which appeals to me a lot. A simple style can really go a long way. Newlook also do a mint coloured scrunchie which would look really cute with this.

I've seen this type of short has been very popular amongst bloggers lately and I can completely see why. It to me, goes with the "less is more" saying. I'd style these with a white cami and some chunky black heels and a pastel clutch with some simple jewellery. A look like this will go a long way and I am loving the cut as the wrap gives them a unique yet simple style.

I am obsessed with daisies at the moment. This current trend is so cute and feminine. You can wear this in spring with some black tights and loafers with a satchel, or it would look gorgeous in summer with some black sandals and a simple clutch. The shape of the dress shows it would be really flattering on any shape. The collar also gives a vintage vibe makes me want it even more!

Obviously every girl needs a pair of Chelsea boots. NewLook has the answer. The block heel will give the right sized height and I can't wait to buy these (especially as I'm short!). I can just dream of styling them with black leggings, my biker jacket and some silver jewellery. The rounded toe looks amazing and it would make pairing them with some cute ankle socks even better. I don't know what else I can say, I am definitely investing in these! Such a staple item for your wardrobe!

These are so 90's and I love the solid black colour! These will also be making it into my wardrobe when it gets a bit sunnier. I have thrown all my sandals out and I've been looking for some sandals that I could wear during spring that didn't look OTT girly, and I think these are the ones. I will be pairing these with rolled up pale acid wash jeans (also from NewLook) and a little top! I would recommend these to anyone. They also do these in a solid block white colour, and also a monochrome pair, so definitely check them out!
