SS14 Pastel Coats

ASOS PETITE FLUFFY COCOON COAT £85
I love the colour and shape of this. I have a slight obsession with powder blue right now. Of course this wouldn't fit everyone but there is probably an alternative.

NEW LOOK PINK LONGLINE COAT £54.99
Another gorgeous pastel colour to take through from spring to summer. This would compliment any skin/hair tone and would look so sweet with either a floral dress or some skinny jeans. You could transition this into autumn too as it doesn't look too summery.

TOPSHOP TEXTURED SWING COAT £89
Mint is also a lovely colour for this shape of coat for SS14. The poppers for buttons also make the finish when it is done up so classy. It is a tad expensive for some, but no doubt the price would be worth it coming from Topshop. This would be a coat for someone who wants a more neutral looking pastel coat.

MISSGUIDED HETHER TEXTURED TAILORED BOYFRIEND COAT £54.99
This could be an alternative to the ASOS baby blue coat. It comes down longer than some of the other coats which will be in favour for taller girls or those who want to be a bit warmer in the spring.

ASOS VINTAGE COCOON COAT £110
The most pricey out of the bunch, this pastel pink coat looks so well made and soft. This has a single button to fasten and reminds me of coats made in the 60's and 70's. I love the way they've styled this too, as other pastels and a block black colour go so well with the coat.

TOPSHOP NOTCH NECK THROW ON COAT £75
This is perfect for girls who hate to do up their coats. I must say I am not one of these, but I have noticed lately a lot of people looking like they'd never be cold even in an ice age. It would also be good if you just need something to keep you a tiny bit warmer, and like showing off what you're wearing underneath. Again, a lovely pale blue pastel colour, prime for SS14.

I hope you all like my picks, I will be investing in one of these must-have coats as soon as I have the chance!
