The Pink Bra

When Simply Be offered to send me some items from their website, I jumped at the chance to choose some new bras. Being a G cup is hard when you can't pick up a cheap one from the high street. The first one I chose was the Freya Hot House Plunge Raspberry Bra (£32) which has an abstract petal print with hot pink stretch lace, with a few monochrome highlights. It has a cute bow in the middle with keyhole detail which makes it looks more feminine and pretty. There is only one clip on the back fastening which is really easy to put on and doesn't give you back ache as a result. The sizes in this bra range from a 34C to a 38J. I'll definitely be checking out more Freya bras purely because this is so comfortable to wear.

The Patterned Bra

The second bra I went for I chose because of the detail. This is the Pretty Secrets Maxine Dark Floral Print Balcony Bra (£16, currently £7.25 online). It's a balcony underwired bra in a 'simplex fabric that feels like a second skin'. The top of the cups are embroidered and the rest of the cup is in a dark floral pattern, which moulds to your body to show off your natural shape. This comes in sizes 36C to 48E.

The Lace Bra

I picked out the Figleaves Curve The Rose Lace Full Cup Bra (£22) because of the colours; grey and blush pink. It's a delicate lace floral print bra with a keyhole front with a small grey bow attached. It's really comfortable to wear and has the standard 3 clip back for a G cup. On the back there is rose gold detailing which really finishes off the look. I'm tempted to pick up the matching briefs to make this a set as it boosts my self-confidence when I wear it. This comes in sizes 36C to 46D.

The Strapless Bra

The last bra is the Pretty Secrets Ella Multiway Black Bra (£24) which I chose as it's a multiway bra and therefore can be a strapless bra. I don't tend to get on with strapless bras that well as the thick cleavage support and back support can tend to make the bra feel heavier and result in aches. I do experience a bit of this with this bra, but being a G cup it's expected now. It's a non-padded, underwired bra like the rest of the bras I've shown, but this has a bow trim and can be worn in different ways. You can wear it like a traditional bra, strapless, asymmetrically, cross-back or halterneck so you can't complain when it comes to how you wear it. This comes in sizes 36B to 48F.

Overall I'm really pleased with the bras I chose from Simply Be. I'd never previously owned a bra that wasn't padded but I can really see the benefits here. Simply Be sell bras from a D cup all the way until an L cup, with back sizes from a 28 until a 58 so there's a range of a lot of women out there. I'd never thought to look on their website before but with them selling clothing from a size 8 to a 36, there really is a wide range of items to choose from. What do you think of these bras?
