Kiehl's have teamed up with the MTV Staying Alive Foundation recently and I wanted to tell you a bit about their campaign. The product above is the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream* (£24) and is the Limited Edition version designed by Mercury Award Nominated Laura Mvula. The Ultra Facial Cream is one of Kiehl's most iconic products and for each limited edition pot bought, Kiehl's will donate £10 to the MTV Staying Alive Foundation to support three projects around the world to empower and educate young women about the prevention of HIV and AIDS.

The KIEHLSxMTVSAF collaboration is now in it's second year running after successful fundraising year in 2015 with Tinie Tempah and all 102 Kiehl's boutiques and department store points of sale will support the MTV Staying Alive Foundation additionally by raising money an awareness. To date, the MTVSAF has distributed nearly $6 million to grassroots HIV prevent projects and has reached every one of the top 50 countries affected by HIV. Laura Mvula has said that being the ambassador for this project is a great honour to her as it's important that we work harder than ever to increase awareness of HIV among young people.

On my behalf, Kiehl's have even donated £10 from my Ultra Facial Cream to MTVSAF and have said that if you would like to donate you can text HIV3 to 70660 to donate £5 or £10 yourself. Over the past 10 years Kiehl's hvae raised more than $2,800,000 to support the cause to fight the HIV and AIDS epidemic but have still women and girls are disproportionately affected and they need more awareness. By donating £10, this will provide 16 young girls involved in commercial sex work to learn how they can protect themselves against HIV. The partnership will facilitate the distribution of of 16,000 condoms between Rwanda and Ghana and 46 villages in rural India will receive vital HIV messaging through traditional dance performances. Thanks to this partnership over 14,000 young people in Ghana, Rwanda and India will be directly reached with HIV prevention education and will be encouraged to get tested.

It would mean the world if you could even donate £5 to the MTV Staying Alive Foundation and I thank Kiehl's for their second partnership to raise awareness. If you want to get involved, search for the hashtag #KIEHLSxMTVSAF and make a donation through purchasing the Ultra Facial Cream for 24 hours of facial hydration.
