Nakd are well known for making yummy bars that are made with 100% natural ingredients. Their Christmas Pud Bar* is no different, being wheat, dairy and gluten free so they're suitable for everybody. Every Nakd bar counts towards one of your five a day as they are made up of raw fruits and nuts 'smooshed' together to make their delicious bars. I've previously fallen in love with their Bakewell Tart bar as they make healthy eating so easy, so I was intrigued to see whether the Christmas Pud bar lived up to my expectations.

After the successful debut last year, the Christmas Pud bar is back. It's made up of dates, cashew nuts and raisins with a hint of natural flavouring. It isn't like your typical healthy snack as anything with dates in automatically tastes yummy (think sticky toffee pudding etc). I personally don't even like raisins but when they're included in a small bar, especially one that's festively themed, I didn't mind. For those who are intolerant to ingredients in a traditional Christmas Pudding, this would be so good to have on Christmas Day so that you don't miss out. The natural flavouring gives off a perfume-type scent but nonetheless it tastes lovely. For only £1 you can't go wrong.

Nakd also make some other lovely bars, such as the new Peanut Delight and Carrot Cake bars which I can imagine will sell out very quickly. If you're a huge fan of sweet treats but don't want to keep eating unhealthy snacks then the Nakd bars would be a great addition into your diet. On the website you can even buy bars in packs of 18 to last you right up until the New Year.
