Hello lovelies. I'm Rebecca from The Clumsy Beauty. I am delighted to be guest posting for Laura today!

Lately I've been feeling a little like I'm stuck in a rut make up wise. I've been wearing the same old products on a daily basis for a while now and nothing makes me look or feel particularly amazing. Therefore I've decided to do a revamp of my beauty bag and treat myself to a few high quality pieces to make me feel good about my day to day look once more. So here is what I'll be hoping to pick up over the coming months...

Base & complexion. I'm yet to find the perfect foundation but after seeing so many bloggers and vloggers look beautiful in this, and after it being recommended to me by a make up artist, I'd like to give the NARS Sheer Glow a go. I'm pretty happy with my current concealer and powder but for the cheeks I'd really like to try the Clarins bronzing duo as a contour, NARS blush in New Attitude and for finishing touches, a MAC mineralise skinfinish in Soft and Gentle

Eyes. I like to keep it neutral on my eyes unless I'm going out and since I've been lusting over them for so long now, I think a couple of Clinique Chubby Sticks for the eyes in Beautiful Beige or Ample Amber, for example, would be perfect alongside the original Urban Decay Naked palette - the only one I haven't got out of the trio and the one that looks to contain the perfect daily shades for me.
Mascara wise I'm loyal to no brand. I mix it up so much you'd think I would have found a holy grail by now. Alas, I'm still on the hunt so L'Oreal Voluminous Miss Manga is next on the hit list.
For me, it has always been a battle with my brows! I'm yet to find a suitable shadow or even the perfect pencil but there is still hope with the Benefit Gimme Brow in Light Medium

Lips. Me and my lips have been through many a lip balm and I think they would appreciate something a little up market for a change, so I'd like to give the By Terry Baume De Rose a whirl. As for a colour, I'm a 'my lips but better' (how cliché) kind of girl. I'll sometimes sport a bright lip in the summer but I mostly go for a brown-pink lipstick, that is why I think the Burberry lipstick in Sepia Pink is the one for me.

That's everything in my perfect beauty bag, it will definitely take me a while to be able to afford it but I'm hoping that a year from now I'll be rocking this look - I probably wont because I'll have changed my mind but you know, the dream is there. I hope to see you over on my blog in the future, in the mean time thank you for reading!
