Nip+Fab have been a brand I had heard a lot about recently and was intrigued to see what the hype was all about. They're a brand that is well known about in the beauty community and globally, so they're doing well for themselves. They sent me over their Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads (£12.95) to try out, and at first I just thought they were makeup pads but they are way more. So much so, that even Kylie Jenner and Mario Dedivanovic have shown their love for them.

The pot contains 60 radiance-boosting pads that are soaked in exfoliating glycolic acid to resurface and retexture the skin, with witch hazel to tone. Glycolic acid is a key beauty ingredient for exfoliating the skin according to Nip+Fab, increasing cell renewal, keeping blemishes at bay, deep cleansing the pores and evening out the skin tone to reduce the appearance of pigmentation. The nourishing formula contains hyaluronic acid and soothing blue daisy to reveal smoother and brighter looking skin. These acids are great for oily skin as they're proven to reduce excess oil and prevent the pores from being clogged up, which would ultimately lead to acne breakouts. I suffer from acne-prone skin, so I was beyond excited to give these a try.

For me, using one pad a day has helped me see small changes to my skin, even after only just over a week. The first difference I saw was that my pores appeared smaller. I thought I was seeing things but days keep going by and they aren't as big as they were before trying them out. I don't think I've used a product that has had this effect before! I also noticed that my breakouts that came about around 6 days ago have begun to go down and less new breakouts have came about. My skin is less oily, it's cleaner and the surface is smoother. I think my only complaint would be I wish that the tubs came with more pads in because I'm definitely stocking up on these.

The way the pads are described as exfoliating they aren't harsh on the skin at all which surprised me as I was expecting them to be irritating. I'll be checking out the other products in the range, and it's great seeing that they have teen-targeted products available too. I could have done with these ten years ago, but they've earned holy grail status now. Given that this is the first product I've tried from Nip+Fab, my expectations are high for the rest of their products! You can find the Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing pads over on ASOS or the Nip+Fab website.
